What does unstitched mean?

Unstitched means your suit comes as fabric pieces — the top (kurti), bottom, and dupatta — ready to be tailored exactly to your measurements. This is actually a beautiful thing — it means your outfit will fit you perfectly, not a standard size. Simply take the fabric to your local tailor with your measurements and get it stitched to your exact fit and style preference.

How do I place a COD order?

Placing a COD order is simple! Just screenshot the product you love or copy the product link, and send it to us directly on WhatsApp. Share your full delivery address and we'll confirm your order and take it from there. Our WhatsApp number is available on the Contact page. We're always happy to help!

How long does delivery take?

Shipping Policy

All orders are processed and shipped within 7–10 business days.

For pre-orders, shipping will take approximately 10–15 business days.

Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high demand, shipments may be delayed by a few additional days. We kindly request you to allow extra time for transit and delivery.

In case of any significant delay in shipping your order, we will notify you via email or whatsaap

What is your return & cancellation policy?

All sales are final. We only accept returns for damaged products received upon delivery.

To raise a claim, record a 360-degree uncut video while opening your package and contact us on WhatsApp on the same day. Claims without video proof or delayed reporting will not be accepted. Once verified, return the damaged item to us and we will send a replacement. If unavailable, a full refund will be issued.

For cancellations, contact us on WhatsApp before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible. To cancel, share your order number on WhatsApp and we'll resolve it within 24 hours. Repeated COD cancellations may affect future COD eligibility.

Every piece at Sama is sourced directly through our family's deep-rooted connections in Varanasi, from artisans who have been weaving on heritage looms for generations. We personally select each fabric to ensure authenticity, quality, and honest pricing. When you buy from Sama, you are getting the real thing — no imitations, no shortcuts.

Some stories begin in boardrooms. Mine began in Banaras.
Growing up with family roots in Varanasi, I was surrounded by the quiet magic of the loom — the rhythmic clatter of threads being woven into something extraordinary. Banarasi weaves weren't just fabric to us. They were celebrations, heirlooms, memories passed down through generations.
But somewhere along the way, I noticed something shifting. Modern women were slowly losing touch with this heritage — not because they didn't love it, but because authentic handloom had become either impossible to find or dishonestly priced. The market was flooded with imitations, and the real thing felt out of reach.
During the stillness of the Covid lockdown, I made a decision. I would build a bridge — between the master weavers of Banaras and the modern Indian woman who deserves to wear what is truly hers.
That bridge is Sama.
Every piece in our collection is sourced directly through our family's deep-rooted connections in Varanasi — woven on heritage looms by artisans who have dedicated their lives to this craft.
