Return & Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept general returns or offer refunds.

We only accept returns in case the product is damaged upon delivery.

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • You must record a 360-degree  video without any cuts.

  • You must contact us on WhatsApp on the same day of receiving the product.

  • Claims without proper video proof or delayed reporting will not be accepted.

Once your claim is verified:

  • The damaged product must be returned to us first.

  • After receiving the damaged item, a replacement product will be shipped (subject to availability).

  • If a replacement is not available, we will issue a refund equal to the price of the item.
