Pre-Order Policy

Out of Stock Items If you spot a piece that is currently out of stock, don't worry — some pieces can be made available on pre-order. Simply contact us on WhatsApp and we will let you know if the piece can be ordered and the expected timeline.

For COD pre-orders, a partial advance payment is required at the time of confirmation to secure your order. The remaining amount will be collected at the time of delivery.

Pre-order cancellations are accepted only before the order has been fulfilled. Once fulfilled, cancellation is not possible.

Cancellations are only accepted before dispatch. Once your order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

For COD orders, please note that repeated cancellations may affect your ability to place future COD orders with us.

To cancel, send us your order number on WhatsApp and we'll sort it out within 24 hours.
